Journey map editor

A working editor for user journey maps: stages, and inside each stage three kinds of rows — what you observed, with the source you saw it in; what you only assume; and what you do not know yet. Nothing is generated and no curve or pain score is computed — the map holds exactly what you enter. It is stored in this browser tab, and the editor submits nothing on its own; only the contact form inside it sends anything, and only a summary you reviewed first.

User journey map

Lay out journey stages and keep three things apart: what you observed, what you only assume, and what you do not know yet.

  • Add stages, then add rows of each type inside a stage.
  • An observation needs a source you provide before it counts as evidence.
  • Export the map as CSV, or as a JSON archive.
  • No emotion curve and no pain score: the map holds exactly what you entered.
  • Rows without a source are not evidence: the CSV keeps them, explicitly marked as unsourced, and the JSON archive stays unavailable until a source is added.
  • The map lives in this tab only.
