Sergey joined Purrweb in the summer of 2017, starting his career at the company as a React intern despite a background in full-stack development. In 7 years, he has worked his way up from frontend developer to CTO, reorganizing the company's approach to development from writing the code to strategically managing large-scale IT projects.

Now Sergey is the CTO —combining consulting, mentoring, and managing technical teams. He not only tailors solutions to business challenges but also considers clients' budgetary constraints, turning limitations into opportunities. Under his supervision are:

adapting processes for company growth from 50 to 200+ employees;
integrating new technologies without sacrificing development speed;development of internal mentorship and career tracks for engineers;
10+ teamleads and dozens of developers have grown under his mentorship (from Junior to Senior);
participation in conferences, meetups, lectures, as a way to strengthen the expert status of the company.
