Evgenii heads the System Analysis and Fintech branch at Purrweb. He helps founders, startups, and enterprises turn a business need into a technical plan a development team can build.

His work covers three areas:

• consulting — pressure-testing the idea and the business case behind it;
• go-to-market strategy — what to launch first, in which market, and what it actually takes to get there;
• technical solution design — the shape of the solution, from the integration list to high-level architecture.

What his team builds:

• Web3 and tokenization — RWA tokenization, DeFi, crypto wallets, NFT products;
• trading platforms — exchanges, brokerage and portfolio tools;
• core fintech — banking, payments, lending, wealth management.

There are two ways his team builds it. White-label adaptation: start from an existing codebase, adapt it to the market, brand, and compliance requirements, then extend it once there is traction. Custom development from scratch: when the product itself is the differentiator and a template would cap it.
