Vasilina is a design director at Purrweb, who joined the company in August 2020. In 5 years she has worked her way up from graphic designer to head of the whole design department. She created the design system from the first sketches to the complex implementation of projects.

Now Vasilina is the head of design — managing three teams, optimizing processes, and implementing innovations in production. She controls not only the creative but also the business metrics.
