IGRA SERVICE
Watch TV, not the menus
The first build was handed over for publication preparation.

Focus you can see
TV viewers use a remote, not a mouse or touchscreen. They sit far from the screen and navigate with buttons. We made the focus visible, labels and elements large, and navigation predictable. This also supports older viewers and people with little digital experience.
A familiar action, a bigger screen
A familiar phone number opens the app. Large fields suit the remote; hints explain an invalid number.
Find a programme without the hunt
The home screen offers shortcuts to the main sections. The article describes the route as two or three remote clicks. Viewers can search channels by name, filter by genre and check programme times. One click starts playback.
Services on the same TV
Viewers can check their plan and balance, review active options and manage services on the TV. Active features and package contents are visible without searching through settings.
Simplicity takes integration
The existing API did not always return correct responses. With the client’s team, we resolved authentication issues, agreed on data structures and added front-end validation. Platform differences informed the architecture and player testing.
Ready for the next release
Around 5 months to the first version. We handed over the build; final testing and publication preparation were still underway when the article was written. The structure accommodates new sections. Recommendations, viewing history and expanded surveillance remained future plans.
