Idea

Zeroney's mission is to make learning complex, in-demand professions accessible to many users.

Challenge

Our task was to increase cold-client conversion for the Zeroney platform through design.
To do that, we and the client decided to:

Redesign the platform

so it would appeal to the target audience and be convenient during learning. The previous design was disliked by users and hurt sales.

Build an eye-catching landing page

in a futuristic style with 3D animation
to attract new clients
to the Zeroney platform.

Zeroney Inc. is a startup founded in 2019. The company offers online Data Science education in Japan
and Myanmar.

The dashboard is clearly structured. Users can easily navigate their class schedule, completed material,
and achievements.

We added detailed achievement icons, a progress bar, and a student leaderboard.
It motivates students.

Animation

We added subtle animations on clicks
and inside the in-app messenger. Originally this wasn't planned, but we finished the main work quickly
and delivered more than the client expected.

Course preview

On the course selection page — a short,
but informative and structured preview. Courses are also neatly split
into purchased and recommended,
so the user sees where
to grow next, and the platform gets more course sales.

The course page has everything the user needs to know. There's plenty of information, but it's logically broken into blocks and easy to digest.

We chose Roboto, built to Google's guidelines. Roboto has crisp shapes and is easy to read. The font looks simple and doesn't pull attention away — exactly what online learning needs.

The colors are bright yet calm: green and blue, with orange for accents. This palette sets a cheerful mood without distracting
from the coursework.

Landing page design solutions

Results in 2 months

After 2 months we handed off the app and landing page design concept to the client's in-house development team.

We closed all planned tasks ahead of schedule — so we even added a few extra animations, with no change to the project budget.

The client received a technically feasible design, built around the specifics of an LMS platform
and the target audience's preferences.

Our design also adapts easily to Japan. For example, the landing layout won't "break" when English text is swapped for Japanese.
